Our experience with Snowbelt has been a wonderful one! We initially worked with Carl at the showroom to select and order our fireplace. Carl was knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. When it came time to get our fireplace up and running at our cabin, our Service Tech Russ went above and beyond in so many ways. His knowledge about the product was impeccable, and his customer service was amazing. We had an initial question about the operation of the fireplace after he left, and when we called him to ask, he spent time on the phone politely and patiently walking us through some things to try. Russ provided some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in years, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had the help we needed and were satisfied. We can’t speak highly enough about Russ’s abilities or his commitment to customer service.

Snowbelt is AWESOME! I have never seen a company do so much to assist a customer. We had issues with a new fireplace (only related to the fireplace itself, and not how it was installed) and one of the top guys at the company actually came out to our house and spent over an hour lighting a fire with me and working with me to address the issue. Snowbelt did everything to address the problem with the fireplace. We are very happy with their efforts in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend Snowbelt to anyone. The customer service is unparallelled. You will get what you are looking for at this company, and they will do whatever is necessary to make sure everything is the way you want it. Thanks Adrian and your amazing team for all of your assistance in giving us an outstanding new fireplace!

Before and after photos. The glass on our fireplace insert was completely clouded by soot. I couldn't figure out how to open it to clean it. Eventually, I found the manufacturer, model, and serial numbers, so I called the company. They told me that Snowbelt had installed the unit and told me that if I called, Snowbelt would come out to service it and show me how to clean it. It was a 6 week wait until they could schedule us, but it was well worth it. Russ was on time and did a great job. He answered my questions, instructed us on the best way to operate the unit, and shared the recommended maintenance and cleaning schedule. After seeing how well he did his job and the work involved in disassembling the unit, I requested that he add us to the routine maintenance schedule. He also relocated the switch to a more convenient and secure location. The wait is to be expected at this time of the year. We are very pleased with the service. Thank you.
